Repair Procedures
Step 1. Box up your blender with sufficient packaging. Do not send sound enclosures or
containers. Put a note inside the box with the following information:
• Store Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• Contact Name

Step 2. We will receive your blender in 1-4 business days depending on your location.
• CA, NV, UT, AZ = 1-2 Business Days
• OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, CO, NM, TX, OK = 3 Business Days
• All others states will be received in 4 Business Days
Step 3. Our tech will contact you regarding any charges
Step 4. We will repair, record and ship your blender within 48 hours of receiving it.
** It is recommended but not required to call for a Return Authorization Number prior to sending your unit.**
